Xnergy provides services "At-risk" meaning we will deliver the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price. We act as consultant to the owner in the development and design phases, and as a general contractor during the construction phase.

In order to manage a project, you have to know what it takes to get the work done.  Xnergy’s ability to self-perform in seven different trades enables us to better manage a project, whether or not we actually perform the work.   When we do self perform, we make sure we do so without compromising the confidentiality or legitimacy of competitive subcontractor bids and that we maintain a level of fairness for those specific trades.

During the Construction phase we adhere to the requirements and specifications developed during the pre-construction phase and work closely with you to ensure your needs and expectations are met. Should we determine an alternative solution during this phase we will communicate with you and apply best practices to stay within budget and limit project delays.
